Zino is a seasoned management professional with over two decades of experience, including 18 years in project and program management across IT, Healthcare, Construction, and Entertainment industries. As Principal Consultant at Delozi Themis, he leads teams in executing complex projects for both public and private sectors. Zino also specializes in business consulting, helping companies reduce costs, increase profits, and achieve measurable results. Known for his strategic, hands-on approach, he focuses on delivering quality, cost-effective solutions while aligning stakeholder interests. Jay, as he is fondly called, is a self-driven enthusiast in mobile and software development, driven by well-defined goals and objectives, all aimed at accomplishing complicated tasks. With more than 10 years in the IT industry, Jay believes in continuous learning, thrives on challenges, and relishes solving intricate problems. Aside from spearheading the technical team at Delozi Themis, whenever feasible and meaningful, Jay enjoys integrating design patterns into his codebase.

Obi brings a wealth of experience from his time at Deloitte, United Solutions, and various independent contracting roles. He has a passion for building reliable, scalable systems and empowering teams through technical workshops and training sessions. When he is not “fighting with computers,” you’ll find him indulging in organized sports. Obi is an ardent learner and a major contributor to the technical team at Delozi Themis!
